Brief Counselling for individuals
This provides the opportunity to meet with a counsellor for five sessions.
Brief counselling is generally most helpful when you are struggling with a specific issue, for example, a significant loss,a family, work or personal dilemma.
Or it may be that you need help in understanding what is troubling you.

Brief Counselling - Employers Scheme
This scheme is for organisations/companies/businesses who would like to be able to provide access to counselling for their staff. We have over twenty counsellors and can offer both small and larger organisations an easy-to-use professional and reliable counselling service from our premises in Frome and Bristol. EXTERNAL SUPERVISION FOR PROFESSIONALS

In many areas of work including teaching ,nursing ,health related posts ,or if you are an alternative therapy practiioner ,you may not have access to regular supervision.
Yet if you are working with anyone with emotional distress, your own emotional health may suffer at times .
It can become difficult to stand back and see what is needed either for yourself or your client.
We can provide external supervision which will help your work become more manageable and more effective.


COUPLE COUNSELLING
All relationships have their rocky patches and communication can break down.

Couple Counselling offers you the time to talk and listen to each other.
With the help of an impartial professional, it is possible to identify problems, reach a better understanding and resolve difficult issues.

Childrens' and Young Peoples' Services. 'Your Space' School Counselling .

We have counsellors experienced in working with children and young people at Wessex .We make every effort to help children access counselling via our links with organisations and referrers.
